The Parameter-Bound Digital Product Passport was recognized with a CES 2026 Picks Award. By linking production parameters, inspection results and manufacturing history to each unit, the solution supports quality control, root-cause analysis and supply-chain transparency.
A laser-engraved QR code connects each molded part to its production record, including machine, time and key process settings. One-to-one records support issue tracing, supply-chain visibility and more consistent quality.
Chung Hua Plastic’s digital QMS records key dimensions and inspection results in real time and links incoming, in-process, first-article, final and shipment inspection data with MES for end-to-end quality traceability.
