Process scope

Select the finish by function, appearance, and production risk.

The right process depends on substrate, geometry, color, wear requirements, marking permanence, and expected volume. Samples and acceptance criteria are aligned before release.

Printing

Coordinate pad or screen printing for patterns, text, and logos, including automated four-color rotary pad printing where applicable.

Laser engraving & marking

Create durable identification, codes, or graphics while controlling position, legibility, and contrast.

Painting & appearance

Coordinate painting requirements by program and manufacturing location, with approved color, gloss, texture, and visual standards.

Inspection & release

Use approved samples, visual criteria, color measurement, abrasion testing, and first-article checks as required.

The Vietnam profile lists laser engraving, printing, and painting as outsourced post-processing. CHP coordinates these processes through qualified partners when required instead of presenting every finish as an in-house operation at every site.
