In the past, our quality management relied heavily on paper records — pages of measurement data that were difficult to track and impossible to analyze in real time.

Today, our QMS (Quality Management System) has been fully digitized.
Each product’s key dimensions and inspection results can now be measured and uploaded to the system in real time, allowing clients to remotely monitor quality data, yield rates, and analytical trends — improving both communication efficiency and trust.

In addition, Chung Hua Plastic’s QMS is integrated with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System),covering incoming, in-process, first article, final, and shipment inspections,creating a complete quality data chain with real-time traceability.
