Engineering scope

Resolve tooling risk before it reaches the production line.

The engineering review connects product function, assembly requirements, material behavior, tooling structure, and expected production conditions. Recommendations are documented for customer review before machining proceeds.

Requirements & DFM

Review specifications, product function, material, assembly interfaces, draft, wall thickness, parting lines, gates, ejectors, lifters, and cooling requirements.

Mold-flow validation

Evaluate filling, packing, air traps, weld lines, cooling, shrinkage, and warpage to improve gate and cooling decisions before mold opening.

Tooling & machining

Coordinate mold design, machining schedules, progress tracking, bench work, and tool preparation through the Suzhou and Vietnam manufacturing network.

Trials & production release

Use trial records, dimensional inspection, FAI, issue tracking, and engineering-change control to prepare the mold for stable production.

Development control

A transparent NPI process from quotation to mass production.

The Vietnam NPI framework follows RFQ / Quotation → DFM → EVT → DVT → PVT → Mass Production, with documented schedule control and formal engineering-change management.
